Being a mechanic by trade, i intended on servicing all of the customer’s vehicles myself. I would accompany customers on test rides and listen to any concerns on the performance of the vehicle and addressed any and all issues while assuring their complete satisfaction and happiness with their purchase and continued maintenance of the vehicle.
